    What do I need to submit to NCMIC Group, Inc., to apply for a position?

    We focus on the right person and right job fit for each open position at NCMIC Group, Inc. The time to fill a position can vary depending on circumstances. We will accept resumes until a position is filled and it will remain posted in the current opportunities section of the NCMIC Group website until an offer has been extended and accepted.

    If you are selected for an interview, you should hear from NCMIC within 1-2 weeks after submitting your application.

    Q. I interviewed for a position with NCMIC Group, Inc. and want to know how long it will take to hear from Human Resources about the status of an offer?

    The time it takes to extend an offer will vary based on manager availability and if the right talent has been found to join NCMIC Group.

    If you were selected for an onsite interview for an open position, you are welcome to call Human Resources to find out about the status of the position for which you interviewed. If you are not the applicant NCMIC will be extending an employment offer to, you will receive written correspondence that a hiring decision has been made or that NCMIC will continue in its search for qualified candidates.
