It’s an amazing site … a lake full of bright yellow ducks racing across to the finish line. That’s exactly what spectators see at the annual YESS
Duck Derby which is presented by NCMIC Group, Inc. and Professional Solutions.
For $5 each, participants can adopt a duck for a chance to win a variety of prizes like cash, a vacation, landscaping services, a shopping spree and
more. And one lucky duck may even win $1 million!

Our employees are involved in planning the event and its various activities. Whether they’re selling ducks, tagging the ducks, or planning
family activities the day of the race – our employees get their “ducks in a row” for this spectacular event.
Best of all, our efforts benefit Youth Emergency Services and Shelter (YESS), an organization that has been helping
children and families since 1973. YESS provides emergency shelter, respite, crisis care, counseling and therapy services to children from birth
through age 17.
